I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes, and was fitted with new glasses. Because I was unable to see to read with my glasses, the lenses were changed two different times. When I called after the lens changes to tell them I still could not read, I was told they could no longer help me. I then saw Dr. Kabat. She patiently went through multiple lens changes until she found the best correction for me. My new lenses are perfect! Dr. Kabat and her staff are amazing!
Just had my nose pad replaced on a pair of glasses I bought a few years ago ...no charge...still shocked old school service amazing !
