Called and tried to setup an appointment for a former patient who happens to be a foster child. Said they would not get her in because she missed some of her previous appointments while she was in another foster home. Explained that her retainer broke and that they were the ones to put it in and that the foster child was at a new placement and they wouldn't budge. Not helpful at all, although nice on the phone.
