Because my review for Teri Callenders practice was taken down I’m posting one here. You push meds using a patients trauma to guilt and shame them, then when they refuse they are dropped. I can’t speak for anyone else in this office, but the service I received was truly disgusting. Of course payment is difficult for me when you double your prices to pay for the TMS equipment in your building. The way you profit from the sick is deplorable.
I made an appointment with these people a month ago. They let me know that there will be a $400 cancellation fee. They confirm with me three times then the day before I’m supposed to go in after I’ve already called off of work. They called me and tell me that there was a family emergency with my doctor And then give me the number to a crisis line. I think it was center stone, which is insulting. My wife has been seeing Dr Cohen and her associate, Dr. Nancy Dring, for about 2 years, She is extremely satisfied with the care they have provided. They have helped her a lot. She would recommend both of them to anyone desiring this kind of medical help.
Dr. Cohen and Dr. Bixler have been extremely helpful and professional in their work with me. They were able to help me when other professionals were not as effective or caring. They were available and responded whenever I needed them. I have recommended them to several of my friends.
Dr. Cohen is an outstanding psychiatrist who is very caring, assessable and really understands me and my needs. She is extremely quick to respond to my calls and text messages!
