As a board certified Child and Adolescent Neurologist with extensive experience in every area of neurology, I feels strongly that it takes a partnership with patients, parents, and providers to diagnose and treat children and adolescents effectively. Dr. Garfinkle is truly an amazing doctor. We went to other pediatric neurologist and Dr. Garfinkle is in a different league. Dealing with your children and medical issues is never easy but the level of care and compassion that Jennifer and her provide helps make our journey easier. I don’t know of any other doctors that are so responsive at any time or day of the week. Dr. Garfinkle provided unmatched care, attention, and time to each of our visits. I can not say enough good things about her and Jennifer.
Dr. Garfinkle was great and truly listened + cared. She read all the paperwork we sent over (previous tests and basically an entire life of medical history) and was quite thorough. You can tell she is used to working with small children by her office and demeanor as she is quite kind + bubbly. Dr. Garfinkle is the best Pediatric Neurologist that we have seen. She was great with my son, very patient, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. She even found a program to help us with pricing for some tests we needed. We've been to other Neurologists that just weren't the best. She was great.
Dr. Becky is awesome and her staff was great. Easy to get appointments and a really nice building with easy parking too! I would definitely recommend Dr. Becky. She spent so much time with us, and gave us great answers to our questions.
Very unprofessional staff and probably poor representation of Dr. Garfinkle whom unfortunately we won't get a chance to meet and were referred by someone we trust wholeheartedly. Jennifer (only admin staff we had contact with) lacks customer service skills or the office is just too busy/understaffed. I just hope she shreds our private info she asked us to complete ASAP to get us in November but forgot to call us until I left a private message w/ the Doctor. Never rvd the appt email or call.
We highly recommend this neurologist. She has be exemplary and personable.
Dr Garfinkle is very professional and kid friendly at the same time. She's likeable and kids seem to feel right at home with her. I can't say enough about our experience with her over the past 2.5 years. All positive. Receptionist is very nice and welcoming, wait time is minimal, less than 10 minutes. Results for my son have been very good, she's addressed all of the concerns and continues to closely monitor his progress. I would definitely refer friends to her.
Dr. Garfinkle is amazing!! Great knowledge and easy to talk to! Great for the kids and so helpful with worries and concerns for parents.
