Had an appointment on September 3 and the office was closed, but they did not notify me of their closure. I drove there and all businesses in the area were open. I don’t care that they were closed but a courtesy call would have been the professional way to handle it.
I have been a patient of Dr Harper for over 10 years and really appreciate the friendly professional office and the care they have taken with my dental care.
I had to have a crown done while traveling for work and was referred to Dr. Harper. She did an outstanding job! The procedure was painless, there were no complications, and because they make their crowns in-house, I received an excellent fit and the entire process was completed within just a few hours.
