How come the receptionist has strong accent works there and their doctor only solve one problem each appointment and each appointment is $300 And they don’t provide the Medicare rebate letter

dr way ripped me off for years!!! he always lingering conversation just to charge higher consultation fee. receptionist is painful and incompetent. always have so many issues trying to book appointments any time. makes my anxiety so bad.
The female doctor I was assigned had no empathy and is very judgemental. It was a complete waste of money, didn’t focus on any of the problems I needed her help with, and prescribed medications that I couldn’t even take. The administration staff are also very hard to communicate with. They claimed I didn’t provide details and didn’t tell me until I called chasing it up after hearing nothing from them, only to be told it was there all along.
