dr way ripped me off for years!!! he always lingering conversation just to charge higher consultation fee. receptionist is painful and incompetent. always have so many issues trying to book appointments any time. makes my anxiety so bad.
The female doctor I was assigned had no empathy and is very judgemental. It was a complete waste of money, didn’t focus on any of the problems I needed her help with, and prescribed medications that I couldn’t even take. The administration staff are also very hard to communicate with. They claimed I didn’t provide details and didn’t tell me until I called chasing it up after hearing nothing from them, only to be told it was there all along.
This practice is infuriating! their administrative incompetence has consistently disrupted my work schedule. It's beyond frustrating to arrive for scheduled doctor appointments, only to discover that the doctor has left for the day or was not even rostered that day. Not even the courtesy of a single email or call to inform me about the situation. Loves to take your money to do nothing. He and his colleagues are the worst in the business. Save yourself and never go here. The woman doctor he has working for him said to a patient you are faking it. No assessment no time or effort. These people have no idea what they are doing. If you want help don't go here. This isn't a review to be a complainer this is to help people and to stop them from having bad experiences here.
