This SOB not only blinded me but completely abandoned me as a patient when it became obvious he had screwed up the procedure. Instead of ordering a vitrectomy to remove the lens fragments he left behind he ordered 3 months of steroids which left me with glaucoma. I used to think there were medical boards that enforced some minimal standard of care, but there are not. DO NOT LET THIS MAN NEAR YOUR EYES!
The doctors are good. The customer service is TERRIBLE. You call Pasadena you end up in Redlands. No one returns your call.
