Amazing doctor, took a cyst out of me bigger then a golf ball. He was compassionate and gentle .. thank-you
I can't say enough about Dr. Knisley, and his staff, I had skin cancer on the bridge of my nose, he removed it and did a great job, not one person said to me what happened to your nose. I truly can say I love this doctor and I only met him 3 times in the past 2 months, him and his staff goes over and above to make you feel safe and comfortable, I was nervous but as soon as they talk to you they have a way to make all that disappear. i went to see him for Flesh-Eating Bacteria that is known to be in these areas of Polk County , Fl. / I was barefoot unable to wear shoes or socks for a long time and wearing shorts. Dr Raymond knisley is the worst doctor I've ever come in contact with! 3 years ago I went to him explaining that I had fiberglass in both my arms from working at FedEx ground and had a freak accident with a damaged package. I went to him several times begging for help and he told me I was picking at my arms and that I needed to see a psychiatrist. 3 years later... I have layers of dead skin and fiberglass intertwined still coming out of my skin! His main concern is doing plastic surgery not helping legitimate injuries! Well ... read more
The service renered was very good. However, they over charged me for the copay and i have yet to see a refund credited back to my credit card. Called twice and was told it will be processed and expect it within 5 to 10 days. A month later and still waiting!
