Receptionist super rude called about making a new patient appt gave the wrong insurance called back to give the right insurance acted like I was wasting her time I didn’t even make a appointment because she was just so rude with her tone.
Dr Jones is the best.He doesn’t accept my ins., but that’s okay. He’s worth paying for exam. He takes his time, explains everything, and you can tell he cares about his patients.
Took his time, went over everything with me. Discussed results immediately. Listened. Staff was great as well.
