The worst clinic I have ever visited. Receptionists were rude. The doctor ' s assistant was sluggish,wearing slippers and kinda couldn't care less. The doctor was so cool and was kinda in a rush and not attentive, just a very brief wrap up. Only the hearing test therapist was friendly, the 1 star rating was for her only.I don't even want to give even one star.
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical clinic. They just ask for cash even if you have covered by insurance and want bypass federal health policies and even tax. Also the receptionist was so rude.
要见专科医生时那长发登记员态度十分差！好象欠她钱一样.还爱摆出居高临下的姿态，故意不按时间顺序安排，她觉你不顺她眼就让你一直等下去，让后来的人来一个按排一个，最后迫你放弃.当然钱是收了！
Receptionist was horrible. I was called a day prior to my appointment that they were deferring my scheduled time by an hour. I arrived on the date of my appointment per the new time they conveyed to me, but the receptionist told me I was late to my appointment, by an hour...as they claim to have never moved my appointment. I was put to the end of the queue and waited over 90 mins. The receptionist here are liars and are not suitable for the service indsutry.
I think Dr. Raymond is spectacular.
