Horrible office staff. My husband has been seeing the doctor since the beginning of the year. NONE of his claims were filed with the insurance company. When he asked about it, he was told the office manager would call. Never received a call. I reached out to our insurance company who followed up with them. Office manager told Cigna she would file ALL the claims that day. A week later, and she only filed the most recent one. I have a minor heel spur thats been bothering my achilles. Dr. Ray got me some custom orthopedic insoles that has worked amazing. I hardly notice the pain at all now.
