Dr. Ray’s teas and tinctures are my go to! The teas are delicious and immune supportive. I like to add crushed dried berries to it when I brew it and it’s absolutely :chef’s kiss: so yummy! Also the tincture is my first defense against COVID. I always take an extra dose whenever I have to travel or go to events, and it has really helped me. Please Dr. Ray put out more tea variations!

my saving grace. dr. ray healed me of my eczema of 10 years, within 4 months. it had gotten to the worst it ever had been, and now it is at its best. using herbal tinctures, supplements, better understanding of my emotional triggers, and changing my diet, and some other practices. knowledge conventional doctors were denying from me for years. i really appreciate her, and her kindness and gentleness and generosity during our treatment. she is a great doctor.

Just my acres and acres of my field corn need magnesium and potassium, so does my body. I use Pure Magnesium and Potassium on a daily basis with Muniq Life Pre biotic and Super Beets to maintain good heart healthy condition while shedding a few extra pounds. Dr Ray's advice is being folowwed consistently.

Through my experience with Dr Ray I learned the value of eating healthy and how to eat healthy, understand my body and that food is medicine. I was given extensive lab testing that tradition medicine never offered me. With all of this my insomnia was dealt with and greatly improved. Her confidence was contagious which helped me when I would struggle with the new way eating. Now I love it and will not return my old foods.
