Front desk / reception is mess. They had me scheduled for appointment which the office had called me a few days earlier to confirm. When I got there, they had no record of my appointment , and the receptionist was extremely rude. ( you think they would have been apologetic on their error) How can they mess up a simple appointment schedule? I would not trust this office with my healthcare.
Dr. Ray Lopez was such a great doctor to me. He saw more on my MRI than most. The best bed side manners. Wish I could go back to him but I need to stay with a Neuro Surgeon due to my condition.
