The office manager is rude to her employees, front desk receptionist has no people skills. Very toxic work environment. Never bringing my mother here again!

Dr. Alapati is always caring. My mom has been a patient there since 2010 , he follows up after a procedure. The staff is friendly specially Jessica she gets things done right away.

Trust the reviews on this one. I filled out 7 pages of redundant forms as a first visit patient..... took about a half hour. I was very uncomfortable in the waiting room, it was hot outside and the had no window shades. The sun was beating on my back as I filled out the paperwork, and turned it in. I did all I could to be patient as there was a woman that brought her screaming baby with her... and the front desk would shout out questions in spanish to a patient that was waiting. They finally called me up to the desk where I was questioned about who made my appointment? They had called me at work to make the appointment. Well she said.. you are not on the books so the dr can't see you, At this point I was happy to walk away. I had read the reviews here and had planned on walking out if I wasn't seen in one hour anyway.... Trust the reviews here! A dr appointment doesn't have to be like this.

Never... Review is below Zero...office is a zoo. Waiting are couple of hours. No recpect of people time. Total waste of time

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? They were average Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered
