We got to the office at 3 PMHad an appointment at 3:30pm.Was asked to fill out paperwork at 3:45pm. Got called back to room at 4:30pm waited in room for PA until 5 PM. at 5 PM we gave up and left unhappy and did not see anyone for my medical issue. Should have known they were going to be problems when it took over a month to make an appointment because the people that do appointments never called back and put me on hold for 25 minutes. The office manager is rude to her employees, front desk receptionist has no people skills. Very toxic work environment. Never bringing my mother here again!
Dr. Alapati is always caring. My mom has been a patient there since 2010 , he follows up after a procedure. The staff is friendly specially Jessica she gets things done right away.
Highly knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Answers questions and explains in detail. An excellent listener who also follows up with you after procedures.
Trust the reviews on this one. I filled out 7 pages of redundant forms as a first visit patient..... took about a half hour. I was very uncomfortable in the waiting room, it was hot outside and the had no window shades. The sun was beating on my back as I filled out the paperwork, and turned it in. I did all I could to be patient as there was a woman that brought her screaming baby with her... and the front desk would shout out questions in spanish to a patient that was waiting.
