We have been going to Dr Sarai now for about 4 years. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr Sarai is an amazing doctor, professional, knowledgeable and quite caring.
I had an appointment with the doctor after their lunch break. During the break, there was no designated waiting area available. This caused some discomfort as I had to stand for an extended period. Furthermore, during the consultation, I felt the doctor did not pay close attention to my concerns and may have lacked experience in addressing my specific issue. Suffered a bad scratch on my cornea 2 days before a flight. Called in and they were able to get me in right away. A protective contact was put in my eye. As I was going to be away, Dr Sarai took the time to see me the next day even though the clinic was closed. It's wonderful to see (pun intended) that there are still people that truly care for others!
