I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, there wasn't any need for pain. No one wore cologne and was very easy to breathe freely the entire time. I will absolutely return. This Doctor was the one who performed a CT assisted needle biopsy on my Step father. He ended up trying to many times to "hit the right spot" on a lung biopsy, that my step dad coded. This is neurologist doing a cancer lung biopsy. Why is he doing this and not an ocologist. Arora.........I will not dignify him with the title Doctor.......did not even speak to the family, nor explain what happened. He left it up to another Doctor. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was starting to get numb Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
