As a critical care RN for many years, I will only go to the best MDs, those that are excellent communicators, respectful of their clients and staff and who are experts in their medical field. Dr Botla and his staff far exceeded my expectations. I will say no more.

i really liked Dr Botla’s approach and reasoning. I asked his staff to get prior authorization for two expensive procedures . i also wrote “need prior approval” on paper, with a phone number for prior authorizations dept and handed the paper to the staff at the appointment….and they still didn’t do it. the day before the surgery i was told a new cost very high…two hours before the surgery, the insurance company approved the procedures, but for 6,000 dollars more than i was originally told. i had no time to correct the coding... read more

Dr. Botla and his staff were very professional. Explained everything. Were very efficient and made me feel confident in the procedure. I would 100% recommend this facility. As a former health care provider, I am very particular about who I see. Two of my other family members see Dr. Botla. The nurses, including post procedure charge nurse are amazing.
After 2 years of different health professionals Numerous test labs drs. Dr Botla is always very professional and is really concerned about my health. He solved my issues when other GI doctors couldn't. I would highly recommend him!!!
Dr Botla is one of those rare doctors we all hope for today!!! HE LISTENED to me!!! It is very hard to find a good doctor today! He seems to be caring and compassionate and he has a sense of humor, which makes going to see a doctor much better then having to deal with the ones who are cold fish!!! He is quite experienced. He could answer my questions quite well. And I did not find him to be pushy which pleases me! I hope he will be able to really help me... I am just so tired of looking for truthful answers!!!
