Ive been seeing Dr Amour since July 2024. Never really had any issues, other than waiting way longer past appointment time. Last appointment Dr stated no need to see him in 6 months. Called up to make appointment. Receptionist said I need a new referral and required to pay up front 1st consultation fees. Mentioned its not my first consultation with Dr. Pretty much told too bad must pay the 1st consultation fee even though I've seen this Dr many times previously. Receptionist during my recent conversation . I found their manner to be rude and aggressive, and they appeared unwilling or unable to communicate professionally. Such behavior made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in a customer-facing role
