The staff is extremely rude. No ease of appointments, for children with severe problems that require medication. Unnecessary REPEAT testing that costs thousands of dollars each and every time. Testing that you then have to seek out the results of, through a terrible phone system and rude snarky staff.
Dr. Gupta is great! She is beyond acknowledgeable. Her new EEG Tech is super nice and took care in explaining the procedure to me and my child. I received a bill in the mail that went towards my deductible and the biller offered me a payment plan that I could handle each month. None of the other medical offices that I go to offer that type of customer service. The other lady's in the office were friendly too.
Dr Gupta has been seeing our children for the last 10yrs. Even though u may wait awhile to be seen, the staff and the Dr are very helpful. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and has on many occasions seen my son on an emergency basis, SAME DAY! I see these negative scores, and understand their concerns, but from our experiences, the only negative score is the wait to see her. I will continue to see Dr Gupta and would highly recommend her to anyone.
This office Is very unorganized and unprofessional. Not one person made me feel comfortable or welcomed. An EEG was performed at our first visit before Dr.Gupta even seen my son. Then after seeing him for less then 5 minutes she started naming all these behaviors he doesn't even have and wanted to diagnose him ADHD and Autistic based on false things. I love Dr. Gupta! I started seeing her when I was 17 because I randomly started throwing up very often. She was the first person to tell me about Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome and Migraine Variants. She has helped me a lot with different medicine, and she's always there when I need to talk to her about anything - prescriptions, concerns, etc. I started seeing an adult neurologist and ended up coming back to get treatment from her too because she was just that knowledgeable. She's a good person and a good doctor!
My 3yr old daughter was seen at this office several times and will not being returning for further care. We often waited long periods of time to be seen just to be rushed out of the office due to time restraints. Although her seizures were being controlled I was left with many unanswered questions and concerns. It was very difficult to make contact with anyone in the office & many test results were left unread and I never knew any results until I called myself to inquire about them. Very incompetent staff. No one, including Doctor Gupta return calls. Multiple phone calls to get results that ended up being abnormal and we made an appointment to get them. Not recommended at all
Dr. Gupta is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. When our daughter was ill and we needed her several times a day over a holiday week, she always returned our calls. Her office staff may need a refresher in customer service but Dr. Gupta's knowledge and manner is terrific.
Only 3-4 people in office. Never returns phone calls. Support staff is uncooperative. Dr. Gupta knows her staff but for a one doctor office, doesn''t seem to run am efficient office. When the doctor is unavailable, office staff and answering service say they will contact her but she calls maybe 50 percent of the time.
