Dr. Gupta was awesome with my son today whom was a new patient. I liked her right away. She was friendly and matter of fact which is what we needed. I also really like her office staff Leah and Alexis!! More importantly my 7 yr old liked them. Highly recommend this office and I drive from over 45 minutes away!

Great doctor spends time with patients and actually listens to you.she is our family doctor and has been taking care of my sister and my nephew and has been for a very long time. She just a great doctor that does what's best for the patient and explains to the parent.
Office staff is extremely rude. Getting an appointment and or a refill on a prescription through the awful phone system and ill mannered staff if next to impossible. You the parent must call repeatedly to seek out test results and then are treated over the phone like you are bothering the staff by inquiring about your child's health and the results of the test that just cost you $2000. If you are considering this office, save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor.
The staff is extremely rude. No ease of appointments, for children with severe problems that require medication. Unnecessary REPEAT testing that costs thousands of dollars each and every time. Testing that you then have to seek out the results of, through a terrible phone system and rude snarky staff.

Dr. Gupta is the best! She is beyond knowledgeable; especially regarding my child's seizures and headaches. Her office manager is great too. My visit went to my deductible and Patricia offered me a payment plan immediately. I wish my other doctor's would offer me the same. I beyond love her new EEG Tech. She is so nice and takes the time to explain what she is doing. She also called me with my child's test results within 7 days. The other girl's are nice too. Highly recommend...
