Took time to explain what was wrong, explained how to prevent the injury from getting worse, and how to heal to prevent needing surgery.
Dr. Field, Paul (PA) and Cindy (nurse) are professional yet personable. Efficient with no waiting time. Not my first visit as had shoulder surgery several years back. Before treatment at this visit, old scans were reviewed along with previous surgical treatment plan.
Arrived in a lot of pain. Dr. Fields checked x-rays. My condition was diagnosed promptly and was given a steroid shot. The pain decreased almost immediately. Thanks P.A. Paul for making the shot less painful and Dr. Fields for an accurate diagnosis.
Everyone, from the receptionist, nurses, technicians, and the physician were efficient, highly professional, and kind. The doctor is experienced, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.
