Dr Youssef is an excellent doctor. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and spends the time needed with you. The office staff is great and always helpful! I always recommend Dr. Youseff to my friends and family!
Dre. Youssef is top notch when it comes to healthcare, bedside manner and truly caring about her patients. Her office staff is superb, kind, patient and always helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Youssef for your primary care needs. You won't find better in South Florida.

Dr Youssef and her staff are wonderful, obviously you will not find perfect doctors offices looking at some of these comments, just like you will never find perfect or patient patients either.....My experience is always wonderful and I will be back and will keep referring, I have been a patient for 6 years and can't complain.
Dr Youseff is an excellent internist. It is her staff that ruins my experience. I am not certain whether the staff does not want to work you in or she is overbooked. I had flu like symptoms I could not get in to see her and had to go to Urgent care. Three days later when the antibtiotic did not work I called her office again,and they could not squeeze me in. I had to go back to urgent care. It took them 2 weeks to get a diagnostic referral faxed to the diagnostic center.
At first the doctor and office staff were great. Within a few weeks, my sore throat did not go away... so I was told by the office staff -- not Dr. Youseff that I need to go to an ENT... that there was nothing more she can do for me! So I cancelled the upcoming appt and moved on. They did not cancel and called me to say that I missed an appt. Then, the receptionist C said yes, they are letting you go after a missed appt (which didn't happen) and hung up on me! NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
She's excellent. I am a new patient. Always on time, hardly a wait. Seems to schedule enough time with you. Professional and i feel connected.
