If I could give a zero I would gladly do so. However, in order to write a review, I have to designate a rating. Absolutely deplorable, unprofessional and immature provider. Not to mention multiple violations of my rights as a patient. MD continuously threatened to withhold my surgery, MULTIPLE TIMES, which was scheduled for the following Monday (this was the Friday before my surgery day), after I had compliantly completed 6 months of "conservative approaches," as ordered. Dr. Sugino faced multiple challenges with treating my foot--a large, deep, & stubborn ulcer, bone spurs underlying the ulcer, tendon issues--all complicated by 4 to 9 daily walking miles on my job. With tremendous knowledge & skill, she assessed at each office visit whatever progress (or lapses) had occurred.
