They keep you waiting forever, which is hard when you there for children. There has to be a better way. No toys or games to entertain the kids either. Just a tv blasting in a very sad little waiting room.
Absolutely wonderful Pediatric Office! The staff is kind, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Rao is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients—he’s amazing at what he does. Hands down the best pediatrician in Statesboro! These are all great people- who care about you and your child.
First of all I want to say I WOULD NEVER IN ANY LIFETIME RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! I was referred here by my OB, due to the fact that he likes the way Dr. Rao handles vaccines! The front office staff (usually one person upfront) is very rude, non informative, very dry and looks like she hates her job. As for Dr. Rao, I have definitely had it with him and his deafness when it comes to listening to me and any other parent about their child. If I could give less than 1 star I would ! This man is rude he never listens to what is going on with the child only a quick blur of a visit but takes forever to go to the back and that’s if you can even get an appointment!
Thankfully, we’re with a different pediatrician now. I hate the smell walking in, the long wait, staff with poor communication skills and customer service. The only thing I liked was how they did everything in house including any shots or vaccines.
