Dr. Rao listens to our concerns and have give prompt response whenever we need him. Very reliable doctor for my child.
Dr. Rao is one of the finest pediatricians I’ve ever had the opportunity to have dealings with. His Receptionist Diane however needs to be retired. She caused no end of grief for my family and I doubt Dr. Rao will ever know the extent of the damage she has caused with his patients. She makes it difficult to make an appointment, she refuses to listen to what I have to say and made me sound like an illogical idiot who had no clue what I was doing. Extremely poor
Dr. Rao is an excellent pediatrician, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is so kind-hearted and genuinely cares about his patients. I appreciate the time he takes to answer all my questions and the way he interacts with both my kids. They love going to him, and I'm so glad to have someone I can trust with their care.
I have always used Dr. Rao but on a recent visit I went to him concerning my infant and he told me if I didn't want him sick to take him out of daycare. I was dismayed by his comment especially knowing that I have to work to provide for my children and to keep health insurance in order to make sure my children are cared for.
I would recommend others to Dr. Immaneni because he is loves kids and he knows how to deal with them also he knows how to talk to kids on their level. To me he is an overall good doctor because my kids have been going to him since they were babies and my oldest is now 13 years old. I consider him to a wonderful doctor and if I hadn't move my kids would still be going there now.
