Woman at front desk over books and doesn't allow you to talk to the doctor. She demands to know your personal business, and should the doctor call you for a few questions it would be considered a telehealth visits.
Horrible office organization. I didn't get a chance to meet the doctor because he no showed a me as a new patient. The worst part is that I showed up on time to my appointment and the front desk nurse's excuse was that my voice mail box was not set up. What, she doesn't know how to text in this day and age??? When just about all other doctor and dentist offices use a text service to confirm appointments. Not too mention, if people are vaccinated they are not required to wear mask in this office.
