While Dr Dhaliwal can be somewhat abrupt, I attribute that to the pressure of his caseload. You will likely have a Iengthy wait when you go to his office. This is a doctor I would recommend to no one, ever. Very difficult doctor, plus very difficult appointment times, eg, my first appt. was as 2p.m. I waited and was uncomfortable for four hours before he came to my room. All other appointments were scheduled the same. I'd wait, and it would be a few hours. Stupidly I let him perform the eye surgery, and ultimately just cancelled all appointments and saw another doctor.
