I saw Dr. Sachdev for a break in my hand. Because I have osteoporosis, he didn't want to put a plate in my hand. I went for a 2nd and 3rd opinion and bothe doctors told me the same thing. That he could have, by all means, put a plate in my hand. That they both had done surgeries with broken bones in the hand, where the patient had osteoporosis. I now have something call a malunion.
