This doctor also abandoned my son when he need him the most. My son was a teenager at the time, having some personal issues and Dr. Ram, who had been treating him for years told us that, "He can't continue to treat him since he got in serious trouble at school"!!!!?!! Patient abandonment is illegal. I initially had a fine experience with Dr Ram and his staff. until....... HIS OFFICE called ME and canceled my appointment due to a scheduling conflict on his behalf... I call to reschedule a few days later and was told I had been dropped as a patient due to missing said appointment. I spoke my case (even saved the office cancelation voicemail) and requested to see Dr Ram in person to attempt to remedy the situation and was refused. They offered no source of replacement. I had a negative experience with this doctor when I initially saw him years ago. I went back this year and was extremely pleased with his growth. He’s willing to learn. Before seeing him, prepare to be strong and direct about what you want and need and how you’re feeling.
He was great until his office stopped answering calls just like his old location on 202. I called multiple times over days and nothing. How dangerous for someone who NEEDS medication.
I had the strangest experience ever here. First: they need new desk help immediately! Whoever is answering the phones there needs to be fired. ASAP. This woman is straight up Rude, they don’t care to call you back, and they’re lazy. She doesn’t even answer the phone properly. 2nd Issue, Dr.Ram, when I first went to him everything was fine.
