Randy Lieberman explained everything in layman's terms which made it very clear, and we were impressed. He also gave us his cell number, which was also impressive. That's where his impressiveness ends. It's very clear now, he was selling himself and his bill of goods. He wouldn't return our calls to his cell and neither did the staff from his office. We ended up in emergency mode and I sent him an agressive text and only then did he reply. My husband got his defibrillator put in 6 weeks ago. He had to get 1 LITRE of blood re... read more

He made a great first impression at my initial appointment after that it was down hill. No follow through on your labs or testing, always promised a call regarding them but no one calls, Terrible communication. Gives out his personal cell number but doesn’t listen to what you have to say and rushes you off the phone or just doesn’t answer or return your calls. The front staff is great but I wouldn’t recommend this place

I REALLY hope his TOTAL lack of communication is not a reflection of his abilities as a surgeon, seeing that he is my mother's only option for a pacemaker, & he was recommended by her cardiologist. I talked to him ONCE; he lied & said someone called...nobody had. He then said "Mary" would call...she never did. 2nd call, I got his voicemail. 3rd attempt, I called his Detroit office; no answer, nobody picked up the phone. So, we'll see if Mom's cardiologist can get in touch with him...not looking too positive for you, Dr. 😐
