The only reason this guy is getting 1 star is because you have to pick one. I have had ear problems since I was born, was a patient of Dr. Dankle for 25 plus years. When he retired he referred me to a new Dr. out of elkhorn & altho I like her I decided to give Dr. Folker a try when I heard he was at Burlington as it’s closer for me. 1st visit was ok, gave me a bunch of websites to check out for me to improve on things for my ears. I've eustachian tube dysfunction and have always had terrible experience on flights. I was nervous to fly again after my eardrum ruptured on the last flight and reperforated within 9 months. Dr. Folker cleaned my ear and was able to formulate a plan for a more comfortable flight. Even the pharmacist commented that he had never heard of the prescription for this particular use, but it worked! Grateful for Dr. Folker and with he was a practiced permanently in our facility.

Glenda the receptionist was so rude to me over the phone that I did not make an appointment to see the Dr. I'll never see him thanks to Glenda for no help.

The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met. The dr. her husband, was really close to her for the rudeness. My husband & I went for him. The work was partially done. He was supposed to go back. But, never again.
