I called to be a new patient and was holding the line for 30mins and no response. This is my experience.
Be very careful. If you don't do an annual exam for a couple years they will lock you out of specialist referrals! Doesn't matter what medical documents you are willing to provide. I have to get a new primary care doctor just to get my injury taken care of.
