I saw Dr.Starkey today and he was very nice. He listened to all the complaints I was having in an office and gave me a thorough exam in an examination room. We went back to the office and he explained what was going on in my head. He then walked me out. I do not understand why people give a bad review because they could not find sufficient parking or the receptionist was not to their liking. Bottom line is the doctor's care and assessment. Thatis what I care about.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
