Avoid this place. The front desk lady embodied the definition of unprofessionalism. I called to reschedule a cancelled appointment for my husband since he has an autoimmune disease, she said that he had a no show missed appointment for today. I keep track of all of our appointments on my calendar and I have never had a no show appointment for myself, my husband, my child, my dog, nor my mother in law. Saw Dee Cropper for the first time and by far the best yearly physical I have had. She went over all my blood work and what everything means. Took her time to talk with me and answer any questions I had and she did it all with a smile. Made it very comfortable because she had a great personality. I have never experienced such a wonderful medical facility. The NP, Dee, is so calm and invested and Dr. Mercier is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The staff have made me feel very considered and remembered and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. There’s also an amazing orthopedic masseuse in the same building, Dustin Donahue.
This doctor was my mother and grandmother s doctor as well as my fiance and myself presently. He's a great kind patient and informative doctor. He takes the time to know you and your situation and treats you without prejudice or judgment. We always have great conversations. Thank you so much for a your hard work Dr Mercier and staff!
My in-laws saw Dr. Mercier for years! Then myself and many friends I referred- 25 years of exceptional care, kindness and integrity. Dr. Mercier, Heather, Donna and the entire staff are genuine and patient orientated. I would recommend them to anyone !
