Loved Dr. Bittner, sadly he sold it to Ryan Boylan, dds. Place is not the same, changed the pricing without any notification. Staff seems confused about everything. Just bad business practice. Also, found the office not as clean as it use to be, if I were you I'd look somewhere else for a good, caring dentist. We will miss you Dr. Bittner!
new staff is completely horrible, they never answer the phone and they don’t know how to put appointments in correctly. They’re very rude and they try to talk to you as if you weren’t already dr.bitners patient. I’ve been coming here ever since i was 12 i’m 19 now. Very unprofessional they don’t even answer the phone past 4 when the office is supposed to close at 5. I always have to find myself calling them to check on things they’re supposed to call me about. Definitely going to transfer to a new dentist
Dr. Bittner and staff are nothing short of amazing. I have the same great expierience everytime I go in. They really care about their clients and I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
My 2 daughters and I have been coming To Dr. Bittner office for 8 years (husband is navy) first time coming in and it just feels different. I didn’t know he retired until I was rushed in and out by staff because everyone wanted to go home . I will be going else where.
