I hope Dr Segovia has taken some classes since he worked on my teeth when he worked in PA. For some reason, he decided he was qualified to do root canals, even though he wasn't an endodontist. I've spent thousands of dollars having his shoddy work redone. I just found out today that I need another root canal retreated, as it is several mm too short. I would not let this guy touch ANY teeth!
