My fiance had a hip replacement with Dr. Elias and him and his staff were very helpful before the surgery but afterwards they have been awful. We've been having some concerns and complications and him and his staff seem bothered by us every time we call. We go to referral appointments and we are never called to be given the results, we are having to chase the answers down and get them from the other providers even though the dr office has them. Dr. Elias did my hip replacement and he did an awesome job .. I was driving 2 wks. after that .. he really is a great dr. and I recommend him!
Had a great experience at Cerritos surgery center today staff is friendly and profesional. I recommend Dr. Ramy Elias if surgery is needed. He’s the best orthopedic doctor 💯
I would not recommend this Dr. I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and I have never felt more dismissed in my life. I’ve had several surgery’s where patient care was noticed and felt. When I first had the consultation with Mr. Ramy he said I had three choices. Injections, physical therapy, or surgery to fix the torn meniscus. I said I think I would like to fix it. This doctor's professionalism is seriously lacking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. He does not care about his patients. My boyfriend underwent right knee surgery two weeks ago, and throughout the entire process, the doctor failed to provide even basic courtesy. On the scheduled surgery day, he didn't say hello nor explain the procedure beforehand, neglected to check in post-surgery, and didn't communicate the outcome.
