First meeting him..my mother is his First patient here in Durant Oklahoma, she likes him very much, soo most likely he will become her DR
I would have given a negative number if possible. Office doesn't answer phones. When we did get in ( by complaining to the hospital), spent less than 5 minutes. Didn't explain anything related to heart issues! Problems with prescriptions with no help from DR. Terrible!! Not a good cardiologist!!
While Dr. Kumar is great his office staff and telephone answering is horrible. I've been on hold over 30 minutes 2 different times to try to understand why no results get sent to my mother's retirement place on her Coumadin. Hire some staff!!!!
I was very disappointed in him and his ethics towards my dad. He did my dad’s angiogram at CTMF in Tyler and just came out afterwards and stated “I couldn’t do anything.” When asked for reasoning or findings such as occlusions, arteriosclerosis, atherosclerosis, etc, he quickly shoved us off and left us with no answers stating “ I’ve got another patient to get to.” He spent Less than a minute in the post-op room post procedure and left us refusing to answer any questions.
