I have seen 5 different doctors at this clinic and have only good things to say about them and their supporting staff. They have never been late for my appointment and have been able to answer my questions

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We were guaranteed blood results within a week and were going on 3 weeks. When we call the only person who will even speak to us is an operator. She refused to escalate the call and said all managers and doctors and medical assistants are out of the office until Monday at best. This is very time sensitive and they knew that upfront. We have been lied to about almost everything they said they would do and we have paid already without results being delivered. They are taking full advan... read more
