I have high expectations when it comes to doctors and service. If you are OK with a general care Doctor who does not understand your condition but just gives you general care, he may be the one for you. Just expect charges for general test that have no relevance also also prepare to have amateurs trying to draw your blood after multiple tries. Let’s not even get started with the horrific scheduling and wait times. You can plan to spend a few hours for general check up.
I feel very comfortable with each appointment that I have with Dr. Villena. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He explains tests results so that they are easily understood. When referring to another physican, he always asks if I like that Doctor, if they treated me right. His staff is always caring. I have recommeded co-workers, neighbors and friends to him and will continue to do so. I have received excellent care since Dr. Villena accepted me as a patient.
Dr. Villena is extremely knowledgeable and polite. He was very thorough discussing every possible question or problem. Highly recommend! Best Internist in east Texas!
There's a nurse that seems to be uptight about everything. It seems like every time we go she's mad about something. The Dr is way nicer wish his nurses were as nice as him
