I was out of country do to sudden death of my brother these people, knowing that I am a patient that I need to be there to have my heart monitor as soon as I get back they bombard me with letters on the deductible of the last visit, followed by a threatening letter that they are sending it to the collection agency for only 100 some dollars knowing that their patient is coming in probably as soon as possible..
