I would give 0 stars if I could. First off, trying to make an appointment is IMPOSSIBLE. Either the phone rings and rings and rings or you’re kept on hold for an hour. When you finally get someone, she sounds like she could care less about her job. I gave all of my insurance information and confirmed my appointment. Fast forward to my appointment, I show up at the office a half hour before since I was a new patient to find out my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge!! & to top it off the receptionist called the “co... read more
Very disappointed as I have used this office for my son’s eye exam before. I called last week for an appointment and there was an issue on my end with my insurance carrier, which was resolved within 24 hours. I decided to give well over the 24 hours I was instructed to call back again today and make an apt. When I called it took 3x to get someone to answer the phone after just being placed on hold not even given the curtsey of being asked “please hold” when the receptionist answered the call she remembered exactly who I was ... read more

Great place! I had and emergency with debris stuck on my iris and they were able get me an appointment quickly on the same day. Within minutes, the debris was removed with zero pain. I feel much better and will definitely be switching over to their services. Thank you!
