Dr Etebar looked at my sons shoulder with a glance and did not even check range of movement. They took an xray and he said nothing showed up and it was just a sprain. There was a bone /bump sticking up on his clavicle which is where he fell. One week later we went to his primary who immediately saw the bone sticking out and ordered xrays. He has a clavicle fracture and is now referred to ortho. This quick care is useless. The doctor barely spoke English and could not lift his head up. He should not still be working. Horrible. Saw him at UMC Quick Care on Lake Mead and Buffalo. Spent 30 seconds max with me. He doesn’t acknowledge there is a person in front of him with feelings..all he sees is money. He may be knowledgeable but he has zero bedside manner. I will be notifying my insurance and UMC about this. It’s time to retire if this is the best he can be, make sure you ask to see anyone else available, or avoid this location all together.
