Not a fan of this doctor or office. I feel they take advantage of elderly and their family members trying to help them from all the mistakes this office makes. Receptionists completely refuse to give lab orders when 90% of the time Corewell never electronically receives the lab order. Did the receptionist care at all? Nope. Now they are forcing sick elderly women to take another 30 minutes to call back and wait in a weirdly long wait time just to correct THEIR MISTAKE that she asked over and over again to please not do. My husband had to wait for an hour to see him. He did not listen to his concerns. He didn't run any blood tests to check to make sure his medications weren't affecting any of his organs. He didn't even listen to his heart. My husband is on blood thinners and told him about bruises and he didn't even look them.
Excellent physician! Came highly recommended and did not disappoint!
I'm a retired RN and asked my friend who is a cardiac NP who I should have my husband see. She told me he was the best & he exceeded. He's very thorough, listens carefully, makes sure you understand everything & asks if you have any questions. I'm very impressed with this cardiologist!
Doctor Rami Zein is the best! Excellent bedside manner. He listens to you. Takes his time explains everything to you. Treats you with respect. Very honest, compassionate and straight forward. A doctor like him is hard to come by now a day!
