I had an appt with Dr. Taha yesterday. Everyone in the office went above and beyond to help me. I was very happy with the care that Dr. Taha showed me. Also, Kathy was very nice too. Kailey was the best and took me out to my car in the wheel chair after my appointment. Samantha at the front desk was also very helpful and sweet. Do not hesitate making your appointment at this office. They are the best!!
I unfortunately had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Taha’s office. The initial meeting was to be expected, but their lab experience was horrendous. The lab was very unprofessional and not sanitary. After leaving the office and lab, I was told that I was to be called within 48 hours about starting my medication. I was told that if I didn’t hear back by then to call the office and ask for the doctor. Well, that time frame came and went, and I called and called. As a result of an infectious abcess on my broken right hip, Dr Taha took GREAT Care of me, prescribed the correct PICC Line Antibiotics after my initial Surgery, and made regular visits to me while I was Hospitalized! 😁👍😷 The ONLY MINOR issue is that unlike most of my other Physicians, he's NOT on Advocate's LiveWell App...
Complained about back pain following a hospitalization for sepsis due to a kidney infection. Asked if the bacteria could have gotten in to my back and was told there was no way that could happen, it's muscular, ask my primary care physician for a muscle relaxer and pain med. 2 weeks later I wind up in the ER in excruciating pain. An MRI showed a large abscess in the epidural area of my lumbar spine, which is exactly what I was assured could never happen. Very dismissive doctor.
