A very close friend of mine had a problem mole that she had a biopsy on in between the years of 2014-2015. The results were never relayed to her. She never received any information regarding the sample. In July 2019 she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma. I had a cyst on my scalp, it would grow and shrink on and off. It became very bothersome to even wash and brush my hair. I was referred to him to get it surgically removed and it has been the best decision. Though it is still healing, (I go next week to get the stitches removed) it was not a bad experience. Dr. Geffner made me feel comfortable during the whole process. He’d tell me what he was going to do and asked if I was okay the entire time.
