I have been seeing Dr. Ramesh Patel for over 10 years and you wont find a more compassionate and understanding doctor. If you need medication and he knows you cant afford it, he will go out of his way to get you a coupon or samples. I find him refreshing as in one of the type of doctors i remember as a child.. "Its Not all About Money". The staff is always smiling and very professional. If i have to pick something bad, i guess i could say the parking is bad! Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff doesn't answer the phone...it goes to a recorded message. Their follow up is terrible. They will not call you back. You have to keep calling them for information. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
