I have seen dr ghanta just once, one appointment and the man came off as a know it all who barely listened to my feelings about anxiety and depression I suffer from. I told him everything that I have been through that's possibly lead to I current state, and he just said I need to make up my mind about things and recommended a therapist. Pretty pathetic. My daughter had been seeing Ghanta for at least 6 years. It used to be a fairly decent place to go. However there are new office staff and new rules. I've had issues that have come up and had to reschedule appointments, but they treat you like crap over it. Because I had to reschedule an appointment twice and even though it was a couple of days ahead of time, the office staff person told me that the next time I rescheduled an appointment they had the right to stop seeing her.
This place is a joke. That must be paying google with all these 1 star reviews and still have a 5 star rating. This place is rude and if u don't make it on time and one minute late you have to wait a month. The office manager is rude over the phone. Also what kind of doctors office allows a nose piercing. That's unprofessional. Her nose ring looked like some bulls balls hanging from her nose. The facial piercings where unprofessional. I would not recommend going to place at all.
I never met Dr. Ghanta but his attending staff and LPN lacked compassion or even general respect. I have terrible depression compounded by generalized and social anxiety that I have battled with for years. Getting myself prepared to see a new doctor takes extreme focus and effort to deal with an unfamiliar environment. I felt uncomfortable the entire time at the office and am now suffering from the worst depression of my life with little hope of finding help.
My 10 year old son and myself have been seeing Dr. Ghanta for the last 4 years. He is very knowledgeable, has a great personality, he is very caring and understanding. We love him and recommend him all the time. They are flexible with appointments and if I have an urgent issue they get me in RIGHT away. The office staff is warm and caring. Two thumbs up.
Dr Ghanta was so kind to me. I felt that he understood my problems. He set before me a plan to follow up on for future care. I was overwhelmed with gratitude in having him as my doctor. Everyone in his office is nice and glad to help you. Thanks to you all.
