I showed up only to be told my Dr is not here this week and no one took a moment to call his patients. The front desk employees are lazy and rude.
Love my doctors the reception area where most of the rude and disrespect comes from,(but you can't fault all for what one person does)but they aren't the ones treating me....so for my health I don't like starting over when I have doctors with my best interest,that's very familiar with my history &me.
Extremely rude bedside manner on behalf of reception. My husband had to miss his appointment due to his father passing away unexpectedly. When I called to reschedule the receptions was rude as heck
