I saw Dr Rao for the first time yesterday and he was very nice, listened to all I had to say and did some testing in office. He prescribed me meds and I have a return appt. Office staff and nurses were all nice and very helpful. My first impression was good.
I showed up only to be told my Dr is not here this week and no one took a moment to call his patients. The front desk employees are lazy and rude.
Love my doctors the reception area where most of the rude and disrespect comes from,(but you can't fault all for what one person does)but they aren't the ones treating me....so for my health I don't like starting over when I have doctors with my best interest,that's very familiar with my history &me.
