Love my doctors the reception area where most of the rude and disrespect comes from,(but you can't fault all for what one person does)but they aren't the ones treating me....so for my health I don't like starting over when I have doctors with my best interest,that's very familiar with my history &me.
Extremely rude bedside manner on behalf of reception. My husband had to miss his appointment due to his father passing away unexpectedly. When I called to reschedule the receptions was rude as heck
I give this place 1 star for MANY reasons. 1st of all, when we got there we were called back pretty fast… only to wait in the room for 45 minutes. Then, the doctor FINALLY comes in and takes a phone call even though there is a paper hanging up that says something along the lines of “out of courtesy, please don’t make or receive any phone calls while you are in this room.” But the DOCTOR can???
