The secretary was VERY nice, polite, helpful and went out of her way to make me comfortable while I had a very short wait. Dr.Gounder has a WONDERFUL, POSITIVE and HILARIOUS sense of humor. Most importantly he is extremely intelligent and truly wants the very best for his patients .He explains things so u very well understands them fully and takes into account what your opinions are as well.
