I love the doctor and the PA ...and most of the staff...but I don't know which one of the staff girls... is rude as heck. As you can read others comments on here ...the staff in office is the biggest problem!!!!!! Doc needs to replace her or them...no need for rudeness at all !!! It's been several times I have been there ...n she is argumentive....if u don't pronounce a word correctly ...she sure will correct you... proudly and rudely. My father had surgery by this doctor....placed valves in his lungs . He did a great job...... read more

We saw the doctor in the hospital, we were told to follow up with him. When I called to make an appointment I was told we needed a referral, even though we had already seen the doctor. So I had our PCP send a referral. 3 weeks later and a few calls, they claim they have not received referral. Our PCP had faxed 3 times to the correct number, plus tried to call a few times with no luck. So I finally hand delivered the referral. You see the Dr (whom I did like) 1 time and then pay the same amount per visit to see the nurse practitioner. Dr had told me once a year visits, then nurse practitioner requires every 3 months!??I'm cash pay, so this makes it mean much more to me! Try getting a call thru to the VERY rude staff! It could take days to get them to answer and when they do they are rude and inconsiderate. Apparently Dr isn't concerned about his staff incompetence or the arrogance of his nurse practitioner. Dr. Should watch and replace his front desk staffs. I feel rejected when just started to ask about whether they've received FAX (3 times) referal from my Dr. They don't bother to check and said that they will call me but never call me back. Dr. Chakilam suppose to watch your staffs if you don't want to loose your Business. 😡😡😡
