Dr. Ogilvie needs to retire and shut down his practice immediately. He stripped out the screw on my husband's implant when he was trying to tighten it, which only made his pain and discomfort worse. Despite his mistake, he still charged us for the work he did. My husband had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. My husband asked for a copy of his records to provide the new dentist and was informed they did not exist. I think this crew is top notch. Dr. Ogilvie is very good at his job. We went to him to get some work done. It took a few return visits before It was complete. He did several different impressions to check the bite, and the teeth line up.The muscle work and other fitting on a new top denture. When it was complete it was amazing...fit like a glove, look perfect, not fake!!! This was well worth every minute. Can now smile again....Thank You
